What Data We Hold
This website uses the Facebook / Meta Page Plugin to display our public Facebook Page feed. When you visit a page containing this plugin, Meta may set cookies or collect information such as your IP address and browser details in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.
We do not receive, store, or process any personal data from Facebook on our own servers as a result of this integration.
How to Delete Your Data
1. Remove Facebook cookies from your browser
Open your browser’s settings, navigate to “Privacy & Security” or “Cookies”, search for facebook.com and meta.com, and delete all associated cookies and site data.
2. Request deletion of your Meta data from Facebook directly
Any data that Meta / Facebook holds about you as a result of their services can be deleted through your Facebook account settings. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your Facebook Information → Delete Your Account and Information, or visit Facebook’s data deletion request form.
3. Request deletion of any data we hold about you
If you have placed an order or contacted us through this website, we may hold personal data (name, address, email) for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. To request erasure of that data, email us at info@unhingedmedals.co.uk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will respond within 30 days. Note: order records required for HMRC compliance cannot be deleted during the 6-year statutory retention window.
