Products & Availability

All medals sold through The Unhinged Medal-orium are handmade, one-of-a-kind items. Because we frequently work with found, vintage and charity-shop fabrics, stock is limited and not reproducible. Once an item is sold, it cannot be re-made. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each piece.

Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted through this website and at in-person events. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item has been sold simultaneously at an event and stock cannot be fulfilled. You will be notified promptly should this occur.

Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery times thereafter depend on the postal service used. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other couriers once an item has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@unhingedmedals.co.uk with a description and photograph of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter fairly, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

As all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns simply because a piece is not to your taste. Please review product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Custom Commissions

We are happy to discuss custom medal commissions. Commission work is subject to fabric and material availability. A deposit may be required before work begins. Commission pieces are non-refundable once production has started unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

All product images, designs and written content on this website are the property of The Unhinged Medal-orium. They may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
